Project Description: Brownfields exploration/development project focusing on a shear zone hosted, poly-metallic (Pb-Zn-Cu-Ag-Au) oxidized massive sulfide deposits.

Scope of Services:

1) Management of the project during advanced exploration, permitting and construction, to production

2) Full mine and exploration permitting, baseline work, etc.

3) Permit compliance oversight, quarterly water quality sampling, etc.

4) Infill core drilling program planning, oversight and geology

5) Geological modeling

6) Resource estimates

7) Open pit mine engineering and design, mining plan and schedule

8) Surface road, dump, and heap leach pad design

9) Metallurgical review and additional mettalurgical testing.

10) Process study oversight

11) Remote mine operation transportation study (barge, aircraft, overland ice road)

12) Business Model/Scoping Study

13) Liaison between Client and the DNR, DEC, community and special interest groups

14) Supplied Qualified Person for the project
