Project Description: Exploration for intrusive related gold and porphyry copper-gold deposits

Scope of Services:

1) Exploration Project Management

2) Liaison between Client and the community and the Ahtna Regional Corporation

3) Conducted village council meetings and gave presentations to Ahtna Board of Directors annual meeting

4) Project staffing with geologists, drill support, geotechnicians, including local Ahtna shareholder hire

5) Exploration program design and implementation (mapping, sampling, diamond core drilling)

6) Regional Geological mapping of 90 km² at 1:10,000 scale

7) Prospect Geological mapping of 12 km² at 1:2,000 and 1:5,000 scales

8) Extensive soil and rock and trench sampling (>4,000 samples)

b. Magnetic susceptibility measurements

9) GIS and database management

10) Comprehensive geophysical review and targeting

11) Drill target generation and drill program oversight

12) Drill support, waterlines and pump maintenance, drill move assistance, helicopter sling load rigging for 2 diamond core fly rigs

13) Drill and helicopter pad construction for two fly-drill rigs

a. Extreme steep terrain for drill pads

b. Drill pads 16x16’ for Hydracore 1000 and a Discovery core drill

c. Drill site and trench reclamation

Achievements:

1) Identification of multiple new drill targets and 11 high priority exploration targets (9 new gold prospects and 2 new copper prospects)

2) Discovery and drilling of a significant high grade gold deposit (see Corvus Gold.com for details)

Deliverables:

1) Comprehensive 270 page geological report summarizing two years of exploration.
